Services Include: General Carpentry, Painting, Building Work, Domestic and Commercial Modifications, Plastering, Electrical, Plumbing, Brickwork, and Groundwork.

Flexibility

Our services can be tailored to your requirements, book the number of hours or days that suit you best.
For larger projects, many clients start with a few days to tackle significant tasks and then transition to regular maintenance (typically monthly or bi-monthly).

How It Works

Before each scheduled visit, please email us a list of tasks by the evening prior to ensure efficient, timely service. If any job requires additional hours beyond what’s scheduled, we’re happy to extend to ensure completion, keeping you informed throughout.

Tools & Materials

All necessary tools are included in our service. Any specialised materials required will be charged additionally and agreed upon in advance. Plant machinery, if needed, incurs an extra charge, discussed before work begins. 


Waste Disposal

If your project generates waste, we can arrange skip hire for clearance, with costs added to the final invoice.
Cancellation Policy:
For flexibility, we require a minimum of TWO working days' notice for cancellations, allowing us to adjust our schedule 
and provide uninterrupted service to all clients.
